INTRODUCTION: The nineteenth century has been characterized as a century of European dominance on a global scale. Europe has gone through a considerable number of changes that have generated a shift in dominance of Europe between the years 1750-1900 which in turn have affected various empires or countries particularly Asia and Africa. The first major change that occurred was the Industrial Revolution in Europe that started around 1760 and led Europe to dominate Latin America, Asia, and Africa as it developed its economy and started expanding for fulfilling the needs of their growing economy. This led to imperialism that has affected empires, Asia and Africa.
